  • Ensure coordination of design between multiple disciplines; review drawings to identify possible conflicts and/or omissions

  • Develop overall full cycle project schedule, design through turnover; continually monitor to ensure project is kept on track

  • Develop full project budget, design through furnishings, continually monitor to ensure budget is kept on track

  • Develop procurement list, manage and track to ensure items arrive on time

  • Assist with bid review and contractor selection

Permitting

  • Coordinate the permit application submittal

  • Gather needed information from Design Professionals and ensure it is complete and integrated with each other

Construction

  • Coordinate construction meetings, document action items

  • Review change order proposals for accuracy

  • Ensure coordination of design between multiple disciplines and review drawings to identify possible conflicts and/or missing scope

  • Monitor overall full cycle project schedule, design through turnover, and continually monitor to ensure project is kept on track
